GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Agreement between Hvar travel agency and Guest
ACCOMMODATION OFFER
article 1.
HVAR TRAVEL AGENCY is a travel agency with headquarters in the
island of Hvar on the island of Hvar (hereinafter HVAR-AGENCY),
registered as Ltd. to perform activities of travel agencies and
turoperatora, presentation and sale of tourist services and
accommodations Classified capacity through the Internet and other
media, business printing tourist promotional materials, tourism
promotion through the Internet and other media. HVAR-AGENCY guarantees
for the authenticity of data published on the web site, printed
brochures, posters or other media for advertising and marketing.
article 2.
Contracting Parties of this Agreement are HVAR-AGENCY and Guest
(which may be natural or legal person), which make a reservation for
the use of accommodation presented to the agency web site, printed
brochures or in person at the office of the agency. HVAR-AGENCY his
seal and signature confirms all your rights and obligations under this
Agreement.
article 3.
Guest signing accepts all terms and conditions of this Agreement
and confirms the authenticity of data entered in the form of online
reservation. The guest who made the online reservation to checking the
signs - I accept the Agreement.
RESERVATIONS
article 4.
Guest registration must make a query about the free accommodation
or preferred unit and via fax, phone, in person or by e-mail. When you
sign the guest is required to disclose all information that is provided
in the booking form searching, or when registering in our office to
give an insight into all documents necessary for carrying out the
prescribed procedure.
When a query, HVAR-AGENCY checks whether the accommodation is free.
If accommodation is not free, HVAR-AGENCY will offer the guest an adequate free accommodation.
After accepting offers HVAR-AGENCY Guest account is issued and the
entire arrangements account for the advance payment, which amounts to
20% of the cost price for the package ..
PAYMENT
article 5.
Confirm reservations Guest executed advance payment towards the
account issued by the HVAR-AGENCY. After payment of the guest is
required to forward e-mail confirmation of the reservation
HVAR-AGENCY-in.
When you receive a response from the HVAR-AGENCY, for the free accommodation Guest can make a reservation confirmation within:
* 2 hours for inquiries set from 1 July to 31 August
* 24 hours for inquiries set from 1 May to 30 June and from 1st September to 30 September
* 48 hours for inquiries set from 1 October to 30 April.
In the event that the confirmation of reservation is not made in
the above period HVAR-AGENCY Inquiry considers that invalid. If the
reservation begins within 7 days of placing an inquiry, the guest is
obliged to pay an advance within 4 hours regardless of the season and
by email alert HVAR-AGENCY.
After payment of the advance HVAR-AGENCY Guest issued
VOUCHER-referral with all the details related to the use of services.
Prices are in Euro. To use the accommodation less than 3 days, prices
may cost up to 30%. The price does not include the residence tax.
SOJOURN TAX
According to the Law on the Sojourn Tax of the Republic of
Croatia, the customer is required to pay the Sojourn Tax when paying
for accommodation. Tourist tax prescribed by the Law on the Sojourn Tax
of the Republic of Croatia amounted to 2,00 to 7,00 KN per person per
day for adults. People from 12 to 18 birthday with a 50% discount on
that amount, while children up to 12 birthday is not paying. The final
amount of tourist tax is determined by the destination in the Republic
of Croatia and travel period, and will be charged according to the
General Terms and Conditions when making the final payment for the
accommodation. On the calculation for the reservation shall be stated
the amount of tax. If a country (eg Austria) has a law under which the
residence tax is paid on the spot, tourist tax will not be listed on
the calculation and the customer is required to pay the amount upon
arrival.
USE OF SERVICES
article 6.
Guest on the day of arrival is obliged to show the host VOUCHER.
The landlord has no obligation to accommodate more guests than stated
or extended length of service over the period specified on the
voucher-referral, but with adequate charge has the right to accept more
people or extend the service of accommodation, while it is obligated to
inform the HVAR-AGENCY. The landlord is not obligated to provide
services that are not mentioned in the voucher. The landlord is not
required to receive the guest in the event of sudden illness, death
cases, war, strike, elementranih disaster or terrorist action.
article 7.
HVAR-AGENCY is not responsible for any damage that arises due to
the use of accommodation facilities, appliances and equipment
transferred to the use of guests, and the damage required to reimburse
the guest on the spot.
article 8.
The landlord is required to meet with the Guest ready, neat and
clean accommodation. The accommodation units are described according to
the official categorization of the authorized institution, and based on
onsite assessment of the accommodation prior to being published.
Standards of accommodation, food, service and other things in different
places and countries are different and can not be compared. Information
obtained at the sale does not oblige HVAR-AGENCY to a greater extent
than any information available on the web pages HVAR-AGENCY, or other
printed material HVAR-AGENCY.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
article 9.
HVAR-AGENCY in extraordinary circumstances, has the right to
cancel a reservation, and in this case the guest is entitled to claim
the amount deposited. If a cancellation due to war, strikes, natural
disasters or terrorist actions, the guest will be refunded the amount
paid for the use of services in accordance with Article 11 this
contract.
article 10.
If cancellation completes Landlord, and not in accordance with
Article 6 and 9 this Agreement, it is required to provide guest
accommodation in the same or better category of accommodation, and is
obliged to bear all costs associated with it. If the landlord for any
reason not required to repay the amount paid in full reservations and
reimburse expenses HVAR-AGENCY related to this case.
article 11.
In the event that the customer wants to change or cancel a
reservation according to its request, it must do so in writing (e-mail
or fax). Under the change is the change the number or the date and / or
customers, not later than 30 days before arrival. The first change to
the reservation, if possible without extra cost, will be made free of
charge. For each of the following changes to the reservation will be
charged a change in the amount of EUR 10 per change. In the event that
the arrival date, and if the customer gives up the confirmed
reservation, the terms listed below apply to cancel the reservation.
Changing accommodation units and all changes within 30 days prior to
the reservation and during the reservation will be considered a
cancellation.
In case of cancellation, the date of receipt of the written
cancellation is used for the calculation of cancellation costs as
follows:
* For cancellations from 30 to 15 days before the start of the
given service agency charged 60% of the total price of leased
accommodation. The rest of the money is at the expense of the recipient
gives the customer.
* For cancellations of 14 to 0 days prior to the given
service agency charged 100% of the total price of leased accommodation.
In the event caused by force majeure, the guest is required to
provide written confirmation of a higher power emerged, and the
HVAR-AGENCY will charge only the actual costs to cancel the
reservation, from a maximum of 25% of the total value of services.
LUGGAGE
article 12.
HVAR-AGENCY is not responsible for destroyed, damaged or lost
luggage, as well as for the theft of luggage or valuables in the
accommodation unit (renting a safety deposit box if available). Lost
luggage or stolen goods should be reported to the host and the local
police department.
Recommended is to provide luggage with an insurance company.
article 13.
In case of dispute, HVAR-AGENCY and Landlord will endeavor to
resolve the mutual agreement, in concert with guests or in the
jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Split.
